We translate partnership into a platform for joint design, production, marketing, building, innovation, specific training and science. In order to hold a top position in the new modern horticultural industry in China together with selected Chinese partners with added value. Partners who can make a difference in the acceptance and implementation of a key role for China, in China. The platform that represents a cluster that reinforces and relieves each other. If Dutch horticulture does not invest in its shortcomings towards China, we will have to cooperate and act.

Resources

Resources are a must to start constructively together and to expand the new industry. Dezhou government has understood more step by step through its experiences in modern horticulture in recent years.

 

Dezhou knows what they want to achieve and are at the base of the platform. DCA is the executor of the resource plans and takes the lead in the development of it.

Localization

Growth of Dutch Level Horticulture Industry is in basic the key to serve the big challenges in the World. No capacity increase means no big challenges. It will mainly depending on the succes of increasing Dutch Level manufacturing, local education, local engineering to generate more capacity to the level of doing and not telling. Localization of these disciplines is a fundamental  part of our platform.

 

Organisation

An organisation on government level in Dezhou takes care for localisation of manufacturers in the Development Zone. Dezhou recognize that proper arrangements will speedup the landing of Dutch Horticulture Industry in Dezhou.

Active support on suchs level gives the partnerships steps ahead compared to other initiatives. All support is for long term cooperation and structural expanding.

Structural growth as a collective can only be achieved if respect to eachother is in place. We select our prospected partnerships based on this mindset. Act for realistic prices, together lower costprice levels and prevent internal competition may be our mutual succesfactor. 

We don't like the idea to talk about a piece of the cake when transparancy and commitment to each other is not clear.
